Project cancellations reasons
We have the cancellation reason categorized in main reason and sub reason, if you don't send any reason the default one will be "no_longer_needed", if you are going to sent it it need to follow the next rules:
- Send always a main reason.
- Send the sub reason after the main reason separated with a "."
